Just to apologise over the meta tags thing.

My mate added them probably in 03, and I never bothered to check.

I am bad.

To make up for it, I plan on doing a few shoots with the model in question, so as I will no doubt have more content than I need, I am happy to send some to you for free for your sites.

By the way, I have been promoting your sites on www.DVTimes.com and got you a few sales. And I love your free hosted galleries, almost tempted to join up myself (not many sites make me want to do that).

Hundreds of people do it, probably thousands, actually I would reckon their are probably over a millions sites with meta tags referring to trademarked terms.

Although if you check at patents office their is nothing registered for One Eyed Jack Productions or any of their brand names.

Although there is one for Relish and Tongue In Cheek in the correct class.

Names or titles cannot be copyrighted (under uk law), so the website name is mine legaly. It was the meta tags, which must have been added in 2003 whet e got the name.

As I say, I hold my hands up to it, and am sorry about it.
