Just because we're working online does not mean we have to act unprofessional? I can count on my hand the number of times I've paid someone to do something and I've been happy afterward.

But usually, even after being reccomended by others people RARELY work out.

Is the ONLY way to get what you want to hire people locally and run an office? Or is that just another step down the dissapointment path?
