I like wine a lot, especially dry wine. but I drink only what I know I like, I don't like to test old wines anymore... been there done that, most of them sucked.

best wine I drunk was made by my wife's grandfather, the bottle was burried for like 20 years.

Thanks Serge, will check it out. I've drank far too many super soft Riojas recently. Need some other varietal that will spark the tongue.
