I need a programmer for a simple toplist script
 

This toplist script needs to keep track of incoming hits based on the domain they come from, and list these top 25 as text links on my site. Some of the domain names will have preassigned text showing as the link, other domains will just show up as the domain name. I also need to exclude domain names like yahoo.com, google.com from showing up on the toplist.
