For those of you who just have to know, here's the scoop.

Eroticopy was a good idea. So good in fact that within 4 months after I started it, 3 other adult copywriting sites started and were undercutting the shit out of me. Since I felt the quality of my work and the time I put into projects was worth my price I chose not to play the discount game. I would not sell myself so cheap as to offer 50 stories for $25 like some are doing. However, most of the webmasters would rather have mediocre writing than pay for quality. I just wasn't making enough to justify the time and effort I was putting into it. There were also a few incidents that happened that caused me to say "It's time for a change." So that's what I did.

I decided to go back to school (one can never have too many degrees. http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/smile.gif) I'll be in school for the next 5 years, but when I'm done I will be a Doctor of Pharmacy. I've always loved medicine and a pharmacist with a doctorate makes lots o' bucks. There's no way I could put time into writing and go to school. I have too much homework and studying to do. I started school 4 weeks ago and after 8 tests my GPA is 3.8, so I'm off to a good start.

I still have my text and audio stories up on Eroticopy available for download purchase if anyone wants them. I don't know how long I'll keep them up, so if you do, this will be your last chance.

I've had lots of fun and made lots of friends over the past 5 years, but it's time to move on. Thanks for the nice words and for all that you've done for me.

Your crystal ball is wrong Joe. There's no secret agenda here. I wasn't making enough money and I was getting very depressed about it. Being home all day was adding to the depression. I needed to do something, I needed some structure. I decided to get back into medicine in some capacity, but I didn't want to go back to nursing. Even if I did, I would have had to go back to school since I've been out of it for 18 years. I checked around and decided on pharmacy since the pay is good and I won't have to deal with patients. Kevin was all for it, and doesn't have a problem supporting me while I'm in school.

As far as the working around drugs aspect of it goes, my days of better living through chemistry are long gone. The ludes and beauties of 25 years ago have been replaced by beta blockers and ginko biloba. I won't be going through the kid in a candy store syndrome.(I will, howevever, do very well on my tests about amphetamines, barbituates and

I hope that clears things up. There is no big mystery. I was bored, depressed and wanted a lifestyle change.
