EZ Provider fucked...all sites coming up as Apache Test page...ugh

We lost power to half our racks this morning. Currently,we believe a fuse blew on the UPS. But that's not been confirmed yet. Regardless, many machines were stuck in a manual disk check (around 100) and are either back online now or are still being run through the disk check.

Discounts will be handed out for affected clients. And yes, our site was knocked offline as well.

EZP will take care of everyone, they always have and always will.... I've been with them for more than 4-5 years and I can't say of one time they have ever had problems that they haven't looked after me.... or anyone else. Things happen, just be thankful that it is extremely rare for them. And when they do, as you can see, they are all over it, holidays, weekends, they don't care, they are always on toip of everything and always have been. Their track record with me has always far outweighed anyone elses....... just be patient with them, they are good people. :)
