In case anyone is into health trivia... humous, so long as it is served with tahina (sesame seed paste), is one of the most complete edible vegetable proteins around (ie v good for you). IMO tastes better when you eat the two together too. Plain humous (tho some places blend tahina into it) alone has very little nutritional value.
