Can you convert a BJ only site?
 

I don't mean a rough stuff gagging type thing but cum shot / bj only site. I've got to make a decision soon on a new site we're going to do and since the content is shot by us only, the difference in cost for bj scenes vs. fucking and anal scenes is fairly large. I see good numbers with Go Go Auditions but that's a kinda weird and unique site which we're adding in fucking and anal scenes anway to so I'd really like to hear from guys who have been out there sponsoring sites for a long time... do BJ only sites still work?

I can not sell them for the life of me. I may get the occassional trial, yet I have yet to see one of them go full monthly. I know I have never sold a single monthly membership to such a site.
I have had luck with litterally every niche I have tried except this one.

I think they can do pretty good imho. Blowjob sites have always done good for me.

With the feedback I have gotten from surfers & my members I think the "all bj" site would get a little boring and not retain well. You would have to be really creative with it to do any good. IMO :)

the phraseology must capture the surfers' imagination, and personalize it.

otherwise the niche is too narrow by itself, and there is too much competition.

I have to agree as well. A lot of BJ sites are pretty boaring. I guess the Key would be to make them more entertaining for the surfer, and have something that would keep them coming back every month. Maybe like a Blowjob Fourm, with personals, people posting their own stories, pics etc. Something that would cause a surfer to want to keep his membership more than a month.
