Bangbros and nastydollars are clearly on top because of their content, they always got fresh girls that haven't been all around the net yet.Many reality sites out there have the same girls that have been seen a million times already

It doesn't seem like other companies are trying as hard as they do. I can't believe they keep such a low profile. No affilliate asskissing, no huge internext events, no board trolling. They kinda spit in the face of all that's been accepted as standard industry business practices.

i started a thread about this not to long ago . This leads to the next question, do you think it's important to have those hot chicks in your paysite ? Or would you rather hire gurls that are not as pornstar status but their content is not saturated? Also do you think the reality "exclusive" sites that have all the same chicks have any issues with conversions ? When the surfers may know the names of some of the well known talents , wouldn't you think they can just go D/L it on kazza for the free movies ?

yeah its a great business model, have some of the best sites out there and you wont have to advertise to webmasters.

i think unique sells a lot better than "hot"

if they're smart enough to get free movies on kazaa... i dont think they're going to sign up whether they know the pornstars name or not.

People know there here in South Florida......They just don?t want too much controversy. The only time I ever see LE ever bother anything or anyone in adult is either someone from the so called "moral majority" bothers them enough for them to take action, The LE in question is up for reelection and/or a special event is coming into town (i.e., super bowl/olympics) or they want to make an ?example? out of someone (see extreme associates/seymore butts/max hardcore)

Some companies want the GND type and not the porn girl type.....most girls in the biz know that the two co's in question pay much better the the "industry average rate". so they (the co's) can pick and choose more girl who "fit there needs" rater then shoot whoever shows up.

I remember when I was looking for some nice sites to promote and I came across 8thstreetlatinas.It was so hot that I wanted to join.I then checked out their other sites and they were all redhot.
I knew then that I had a winner.
They also make their sites SE friendly which is another huge benefit.

Swami, can you expand on this point. In what way are their sites SE friendly that others aren't but that you would like to see incorporated into other sites.

Im working on a site with almost 100% fresh girls and more important, only the gorgeous ones are choosed for the shooting. Not average or only good looking girls, they will look great. :)

They do keep a low profile.. they do attend the shows.. but they dont spend money on parties or booths.. Cuz they know they dont need that..

Also, ppl always overlook this.. but the reason their sites are good is not only cuz of the girls... but because of Sanchez.. the guy is a genious and he is the main reason as to why the sites blew up.. They had sites before he came onboard.. but they didnt really BLOW UP till he took over the filming.. Personality sells.. which is the same reason most of the copy cats dont make 1/10 what they make.. :2 cents:

All paysites should have a Highly Qualified SEO work with their web designer.Text and layout on a page is very important to Searchengines.
Used properly with well placed and highly researched keywords will attract the search engine bots.
A lot of Paysites have very little text on them to inform the SE'S what the site is about.Having Mostly graphics and nothing in the title is a definite NONO.Their is more as well but thats where my $200 hr Consultancy fee comes in. :winkwink:

Plus $1200 doesn't seem like a lot.

Miami rates differ widely from LA rates.....and since I send girls to them (their production co) on a regular basis this is something I KNOW and not think.......they pay an average of $1K per shoot (for the female talent) for their flagship site.......naturally just like some of the other sites they pay less for less quality talent and a bit more if she?s gorgeous and/or has qualities that they are looking for in particular....such as Big (Natural) Breasts, MILF, TEEN and so on......
