Disney people are the ULTIMATE Crossellers/Upsellers. I just got assraped by them.
 

I took my kids to Disney on Ice today in Downtown Milwaukee. The tickets are relatively cheap at $20 apiece but the UPSELL is how they get you.

How in the fuck does cotton candy cost $10 ? All they do is take a regular bag of cotton candy and stick some cheap ass colorful hat on top of the bag and charge you ten. So that means that you can't just buy one bag of cotton candy for your kids to share. You gotta buy EACH of them a bag so that each of them gets a hat...Some woman there said she would have to hide the hat from her kids when she got back to her seat.

And how in the fuck does a fucking SNOWCONE cost $8-$10 ? They take some bullshit coarse snowcone ice and stick it in a nice plastic Mickey Mouse cup and charge you $8.00. But since the Buzz Lightyear cup was bigger and only cost two dollars more, I had to get that one.

$3.75 for some sorry ass italian sausage sandwiches....$10 for little bullshit thingy's that makes light and spins around so the kids can use them when the lights are off. It's all bullshit..

But Disney puts on a great show. They don't cut corners anywhere...And I would have fucked the woman who played Ariel. She had a washboard stomach and fiery red hair. Man I wanted to slap that ass.

Disney rapes the parents for their dough but they make sure that the kids have a great time EVERY time....

LOL yeah it's insane, went over there during the holidays. Actually liked Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure better as the parks were cleaner and we could use our hotel card to skip the line. Talk about doing the Hulk Coaster 5 times in less than an hour while some poor schmucks were still waiting for their first turn :thumbsup

you can explain kids that some things are ridicuous expensive. Just tell them that a coton candy and a snowcone costs as much as that toy they wanted for some time now and promise them that you'll take them to the toystore next day. Big part of raising kids is learning them the value of money :2 cents:
