Bumpy video and how to fix it?

I'm watching a downloaded video and it looks like the cameraman was was having a seizure every once in a while. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hehehe.. not that kind of video. It's a show and the video is all choppy at times. Kinda like a bad VCR tape.

Post Production

The only way you will be able to solve your shakes in post production is by slowing the frames (slomo). The camera man screwed you dude. During production most cameras have a stabalizer setting.

There is a post-production stabilization filter out there that works with Premiere. I can't remember what it was called but I do recall it being kind of pricey.

:(

You can also fix it with motion trackers in software like After Effects or Digital Fusion (not mentioning higher end...). The results can be very good but it's a rather long and painful process.

Thanks for the feedback.
