              It's only sold out at the special all-inclusive rate we got from them. We guaranteed a block of rooms. You do NOT want to book a non-inclusive deal, because you can't go to the group functions, and it ends up costing more after food and booze anyway.

              We will call them Monday and get more rooms added. Hang loose, it will be taken care of.

                  I'll try again on Monday, once your contact in the sales department has expanded the Webmaster block. They don't usually work on the weekends, I know. FYI: They didn't have a non-inclusive room to offer me, either.
