Yo i bought this crap for 30 bucks and the fucking thing cant detect the drive i want to format.

Any other easier programs that will do a few passes on the hd?

6-7 passes i think

I haven't used this program personally, so I can't vouch for it completely, but they say they have DoD certification on data removal.
