Don't know offhand, but with some registrars you submit a transfer request just as if the name were coming from a different registrar.

It's quite simple.

You have to make sure the domain is unlocked first. Then just go to your domains (manage domains) and click the box next to the one you want to push.

Then select "Change Account." On the right side of the screen enter the new owner's information.

Personally, I only enter the email address of the new owner. He/She can change her contact information later. The important thing is the email address, and some people prefer not to share their personal information.

Make sure after you submit this that it says a "Change of Account is pending" or something to that language. If not, you may have to request it again.

The new owner will receive an email telling them they need to "Accept an account change." If they have a GoDaddy account, they just log in and go "Accept an Account Change" from the Domain Names menu. Otherwise, they need to open a new account.
