Thumbnail designers/experts ... I need one..
 

Do you know someone that specializes in thumbnail making that can drive good performance?

I still can't figure out how some thumbnails will perform better than others in TGPs...

Can someone help me figure it out or offer me their services?

These thumbs looks like the brightness setting is a big high? :helpme

I don't have any problem cropping/resizing/adding sharpness/adjusting contrast.. It's just that I dont get how some thumbs will perform WAYYY better than other thumbs..

Yes, it's a bit high,but such thumbs have a biger CTR than others
