I tested ICQ 5.0

It's just a beta yet but it really rocks. You can asign different sounds to different users, or when you receive a message you can let it scroll in and out again automatically or even phone with icq users the way skype handles it. Man I can't wait for the realease version! :)

Juicy D. Links 01-28-2005 08:16 AM

you have the beta version so i can test it?

e-god 01-28-2005 08:45 AM

ICQ5 installs 2x as fast + remains working 2x as stable, it is better organized for faster usage and messaging is as stable and relyable as Yahoo! :)

Fucksakes 01-28-2005 12:15 PM

my best move was installing trillian.

felipeav 01-29-2005 09:32 AM

Gottis 01-29-2005 10:07 AM

Why the hell can't the contact list be sorted in ICQ Lite? Totally unusable as it is now.

geirlur 01-29-2005 10:20 AM

More Booze 02-09-2005 03:22 AM

It does probably eat tons of memory. ICQ is like a OS.

Focal 02-09-2005 03:32 AM

Nice news!

But I think, that 2003b has everything for webmaster's need.

flashfire 02-09-2005 03:37 AM

cool, my dogs go nuts with the knocking sounds

V_RocKs 02-09-2005 03:54 AM

Unless there is a way to import my history from past versions, this one is pointless...

Farang 02-09-2005 04:13 AM

Trillian rules :thumbsup
