Can I make a suggestion? I made the mistake of jumping companies real fast when I got started in the biz. Try not to do that ... it hurts your rep. It took me a long time to get respect back from a lot of people.

i agree.
if anything, you should make a name & clean rep for yourself first and if a respectable company wants to pick you up down the line, cool. but what happens when you "part ways" will refelect on who knows you, your rep & past bix deals made by you.
