yes you should and If your not doing anything illegal you have nothing to worry about.

You're hired for your labor.

Drugs affect productivity.

Therefore, if you're impared in anyway, an employer should have the right to pink slip you.

I think they are BS, they are lopsided, they do not test fairly, and they bypass alcoholics all together.
I know I feel alot safer knowing every minimum wage buger flipper is being drug tested, sheah right.

If you do drugs on the job, then yea, but if smoked some weed or did some coke over the weekend I don't think that would effect your productivity in any noticable way.
