Im on the hunt for ROI tracking system, and some help would not hurt.

Is there any tracking system who are using more then just Cookie based tracking? disappointing to see most of the programs relaying only on cookies!

Anyway...do you use any tracking system (beside affiliate scripts) can you recommend any?
