So this joins per period volume bonus.. whats the deal with that? Is it like Ifriends where after you send 10 you get $5 extra per each additional sign up or is it for all?

It's tiered. The first 10 are paid at $15, the next 10 at $20, the next 10 at $30, etc.

Our pay periods run from the 1st to the 15th and 16th to the 31st. So you have 15-16 days to get that volume up :)
