Too Much Media adds 15 new features to NATS
We just wanted to give everyone a heads up on some of the new features we have recently added to NATS.
NATS is an ever improving and ever evolving product. It has been built with the input and expereince of dozens of program owners (both big and small) to be a product which can suit anyone's needs. Because we take the input from our clients and incorporate it into our software on an ongoing basis NATS will always continue to improve and remain a state-of-the-art affiliate program solution. Below you will find a broken down list of all the important additions in the past weeks. Resellers Admin We have extended the Resellers Admin in multiple ways: 1) We added searches for: - Company - Pay To - Referrer (by username and loginid) - Sales Rep - Raw Hits (More Than, Less Than) - Unq Hits (More Than, Less Than) - Joins (More Than, Less Than) - Ratio (More Than, Less Than) 2) The Resellers page now lists these new fields: - Last Login Date - Raw, Unq, Joins and Ratio for Last 1, 7, 14, 30, 90 day or All Time 3) You can now Ban and Delete Resellers. Banning a reseller will automatically redirect all his traffic to /spam.html. 4) You can enter a reason for why a reseller is banned or disabled. A template change of access.tpl is needed to display the reason on the page. 5) The resellers listing is now sortable by name, country, email, joined date, last login date, raws, unqs, joins and ratio. Rewards Admin We added an all new Rewards Catalog. This lets you easily setup different rewards at different reward point prices in different categories. Your affiliates can then browse those categories and pick a reward to get if they have enough points for it. They are prompted to enter shipping information. These requests are then stored in the admin for you to look at under unshipped rewards, you can review the information there, ship the item and mark it as shipped. Admin Reports We have added two totally new admin reports. 1) The Transaction Report give you a complete list of all biller transactions registered for the period/limitation selected. It also lets you easily view the member the transaction is for. 2) The Fraud Report gives you an overview of the performance of all active resellers and the overall average. We list the following fields and let you sort the list by any of those to easily see who is below or above the average and should be reviewed in terms of fraud: - Signup : Raw Hit ratio (S:R) - Signup : Unq Hit ratio (S:U) - Qualified : Raw Hits (Q:R) - Total Joins - Percentage of Trials - Trial to Full Conversion Percentage - Percentage of Credits - Percentage of Chargebacks - Average Retention - Percentage of Canceled Members - Logins per Membership-Day - Average Fraud Score All these are calculated for the period specified (defaulting to the previous month). Average Fraud Score and Logins per Membership-Day are explained in Member Management & Admin and Fraud Protection below. Mailer Admin The Mailer Admin now lets you either send Text mails or HTML mails. We are working on a dual version system where you can send both types at once and will have that in our next update. Site Join Page Changes A small but usefull addition to our join pages is the hidden variable rename_old_member. If you want to let people reuse usernames that were previously used but are now expired or that never signed up, you can simply add the variable signup[rename_old_member] to the join form as a hidden field set to 1. This way your members can easily reuse old usernames without messing up your reporting in any way. To make sure this does not interfere with cascading, usernames that did not signup will only be renamed if they are older than one day. Member Management & Admin Our members system was also extended in multiple parts. First of all, you can now create notes for any member. This will help your customer support staff a lot. One more very important addition is login tracking. You can now request a URL from the inside of your members area to register a member login. This is of course best used in such a way that only 1 request to the URL is created for each time the member logs in. We will store every login in the database and you can use it for reseller fraud protection. Fraud Protection Next to the all new fraud reports, we have added even more reseller fraud protection to NATS. Every time a signup occures, and periodically throughout the week, we scan for strange member behaviour or data and flag the things found via System-created Fraud Notes. You can then review each note and act on them respectively. Each note will get a number of points depending on the severity. The more points a member has the more likely it is that it is some kind of fraud. Of course you can also dismiss a fraud note so that it is nolonger displayed. NATS will also display the average fraud score per member in the Fraud Reports so you can easily find resellers that seem to have a lot of fraudulant members. |
We are also giving away a Raisin here: http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=422626
