What makes you read one more then the other ?

Hmmm, I do not read much of any but will look at Klixxx occassionally.

Yeah, I read them all. I keep them in the bathroom.

My choice was none. Not coz they all suck, just coz I don't read them.

All of them, once in a while ... but none on what I would say is a regular basis. Not daily anyhow, that is for sure. :2 cents:

All of them...they are all important and must read if you are serious about this business.....

I read Klixxx even before I started my association with them. I like the slant they take....written by webmasters for webmasters.

Having said that, I read AVN Online and XBiz World. Each one has its own flavour.

I figure one cannot be too informed.

And, the advertising gives me insight as to what everyone is doing.

It's all good.

I've seen them all but never subscribe to any until I read Klixxx. There just seems to be more of what I'm looking for and less filler about things I have no interest in.

for our industry: YNOT (my fav) and next comes the offline version of X Biz (very very quick skim through).

none, they don't suck, i just don't read anything in print, i get it so much faster online

I read only on the peole I know...if it is concerning my good friends at Gamma I'll read it...

I do read most of them. Actually I do read AVN online each and every month when I receive it in the mail and I go back to past issues sometimes for references... Klixxx Mag does a fantastic job too....

They all do a fantastic job.

I find it odd there are so many who don't read any of them.

It's a good way to either keep up with what webmasters are doing or catch up with the news about our industry.

which brings another question to mind;
where do webmasters go for information about the different programs offered by sponsors? And where do they look to get new marketing tricks like where to get traffic and what's going on with search engines?
resource sites? boards?
please name your sources

I think I might even do a poll with this one too.... what do you think?

I think the more important question is who is the readership of these publications?

I know we read them to keep up with what's going on in the industry, but we're a sponsor.
Do the smaller webmasters read them? Like the guy that's running a TGP from his basement and never comes to the shows, does he read any of these?
