im not sure of the numbers, but i know back like 80 years ago, doctors studied the effects of syphilis on black men, something like 600 men died as a result. they believed that syphilis effected the mind differently then in white people.

it was made in 1969 by the u.s. government and released in africa(in various drug vaccines) and new york/los angeles/san fransisco in hopes of taking out a majority of the black and gay population

the cure(along with cures to various other diseases(cancer?)), that the government holds, will not be released until the world's population is under control

Yes, there are rumors that the US government did start AIDS, as well as distributing crack to black people. And they will never realease the cure to AIDS or CANCER, nothing to do with population issues, but more to do with $$$$$$$$$. Can you imagine how much money and how many jobs would be lost if they did that, realease a cure. Whos kidding who, these diseases and problems will probably be around as long as the world itself.

in africa that is almost the case, if you understand their culture, they produce children for government bonuses, so rates of reproduction were huge.

it was actually a failed attempt at a biological weapon, as for a cure, never happen... there's no money in a cure, all the money is in the treatments. They'll just find a way to allow us to live semi-normal lives (with the use of a fairly expensive regiment of pills) with the disease before they actually cure it.

As a form of population control, AIDS isn't extremely effective. In the past 25 years, it has only killed about 25 million people.

That might sound like a big number, but relative to earth's population, it's very small.

Silly conspiracy theories aside, it is a verifiable fact that the Regan administration knowingly ignored the serious nature of hiv/aids when it first started cropping up in america in the early 80s.

In fact, hiv/aids proliferated at an incredible rate, much due to the ignorance (not to mention the morally richeous indignance) and willingness to let it run its course (on the belief that it was a 'gay' disease and 'those' people had it coming).

Now it is a serious epidemic that affects heterosexual christians too.

The same brilliant 'management team' which allowed a disease like hiv/aids to get so out of control because of its moral beliefs is now trying to 'democratize' the rest of the planet based on similar moral values.

What surprises me more is that, as counterintuitive as these mindsets are from a rational perspective, in the last US election, more than half of the american voting populus seemed to endorse the continuation of this style of lunacy.

No - I'm accusing it (based on its historical record) of choosing not to do anything significant about it until several years after it was already recognized as a serious problem. It had the means, but the executive in place chose not to deal with the problem as rigorously as would have been had it not been biased by its moral perspective.

How this (deliberate delay in action) could NOT result in an exponentially larger population of infected americans (gay and straight) is diificult to rationalize.

To add some perspective:

In the past two years, the us government has spent about 300 BILLION dollars on a war they started based on deception and blatent lies.

On the other hand, the death toll from hiv/aids related infection is orders of magnitude higher than all those killed by 'the axis of evil' (and its avengers).

Dropping $70 million on a disease several years late in the game (as usual in american history - eg. WW2) does not quite cut it.

That "perspective" is nonsense. Wars cost more than diseases. They are not comparable. You might as well compare the cost of an public roads with the cost of healthcare. No point there. World War I cost the US $26 Billion. Congress aproved $1 million in special funding for the 1918 flu in 1918. What conclusion can one draw from that given the losses from each?

During World War II US debt rose to greater than it's entire GDP.
