server stats for load balanced servers
can anyone recommend a stats tracking for sites that are on a loadbalanced network
tanker |
free: awstats
paid: sawmill |
If money is no object, urchin supports any number of users.
I actually prefer Webalizer though its slightly cruder. Its free and easier to move from site to site as it uses text config. You have to jury rig a script to pick up multiple servers but they have a help file explaining it. |
The problem is neither Webalizer or Awstats support load balanced servers. Urchin does support load balancing.
Any other suggestions? |
I know Wusage can work with multiple log files for the same domain. Haven't tried it on loadbalanced servers though, but theoretically it should work.

awstats comes with a log merging script specifically for load balanced server logs.
