Open invitation to Groningen, Netherlands
 

I don't like to travel too much, so unfortunately I haven't met a lot of people in the industry. If you are near Groningen sometime, hit me up and I'll take you out to dinner and other fun stuff. I'm looking forward to meeting fellow adult webmasters! :thumbsup

PS: There is no time limit to the invitation, I'm always happy to meet other webmasters :)

I've actually been to Groningen before.... and I live in Australia.

Hehe I realize that Groningen isn't the center of the world (part of why I chose to move here) so the invitation isn't time limited. I'm always interested in meeting other webmasters :)

Hey Video-Post, do you live in the city Groningen? For the non-dutchies, Groningen is the name of the 'state' (provincie in dutch) and also the name of the capital city.

I've been in Groningen (the city) many times. It's a great city. I actually live in Alphen a/d Rijn, between Leiden and Amsterdam.

Groningen is also very nice(the city) a lot of students too. Really a great city, when I'm there, I will message you.

Know of any good restaurants in town? I've been looking for quite a while now, but so far all I've found is semi-decent at best.

De Zevende Hemel, Land van Kokanje, De Sixtijnse Kapel, Da Vinci, Muller are semi-decent.

Muller is fairly good, but I think it's too expensive for what it is. Didn't know it had a Michelin star, but nevertheless my opinion stays the same.

Land van Kokanje is in the Oude Boteringestraat, it's a nice casual restaurant. Nothing great, but good when having a quick bite with friends. Also, the wines are worth checking out.

I love the Japanese restaurant at Grote Markt. It's great if you like that kinda food. Another good one is the Argentinian restaurant near the RUG, I think it's called Gauchos :)

I've heard a lot about Muller but never been there yet. Do you have to dress up?
