I Love My Bun & Thigh Roller [PIC]
 

I bought the Bun And Thigh Roller and the Ab Longer about a week ago and love it. I hate working out and it has made it so easy with quick results. If anyone is thinking about either one I reccomend them both. No, they didn't pay me to post this. :1orglaugh

The Bun & Thigh Roller on the right is especially good for us girls. :winkwink:

I understand the Thigh Roller. But the Ab Lounge just shows you're a lazy ass.
You can get a much better free range w/ resistance AB workout elsewhere.

You should post some before pictures, and we'll wait for the after. Keeping a picture log of results is well worth it. The motivational value of the before and after pictures are just priceless.

BTW: Pilates works great for chicks. You should look into that as well.
