how to look into someones computer?

does anyone know if theres like a program where if you send it to someone and they accept it they can look into the files in their computer? i know this isnt a warez forum but just wondering if any hackers are lurking about.

yes.
I saw a dateline type show once where this guy went to a park in a city where people had laptops and were just minding their own business. This hacker opened up some sort of wireless detector and immediately honed in on 8 laptops. Then he started another program that narrowed it down to a specific machine. HE then sent a packet of information and was able to set up a network. Within minutes he was browsing the guys machine and sending him brute force messages.

It was all part of a hacker series they were doing.
