Dear Lensman,

Please take off the MS advertising from GFY. You are promoting a company engaged in defrauding webmasters, which happen to be your loyal visitors as well. Banning Dingo's nick from GFY would also be a moral gesture, a simbolic act. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Lensman is neither supporting nor promoting Merchant Solutions.

They purchased advertising space. They paid for the space. As such, Lensman is contractually obligated to display their ad.

It's as simple as that.

That's why I posted it as a request and not an obligation. You are right but it doesn't hurt to try. Removing the ads and refunding wouldn't put lens in any legal trouble, especially if his visitors are unhappy with this advertiser.

Ross just hit me up on ICQ and we had a nice chat. He's the new guy in charge of payouts at MS. He said he'll be posting on GFY later tonight. I will post the details of our chat and the results of his promises as soon as they are verified.

No, its processing money. I ended up with them because a gateway provider I process with sub-contracted them.
