i tried pho for the first time yesterday
 

I really liked it . Who else has tried it ?

I love it! I usually just get the plain beef and nothing too weird like with tendons and stuff.

I get the plain beef (round eye steak) also...

i eat pho about 5 times a week.

Probably one of my favorite things to eat. I usually go alone though, a lot of my friends don't share the same love for it.

I like to take the Smack Ramen Shrimp in the cup and add a little diced onion (small enough for the hot water to cook), pepper, minced galrlic (or dash of garlic powder) butter spray and soy sauce. If I had too I could live off of that stuff and never get tired of it. But it has to be the Smack brand... the Maruchan and other brands have less taste to the noodles.

Vancouver is Pho heaven man! You cant drive down more then 3 streets without seeing a pho shop :)

I always get double meat, half noodles cuz I am trying to lose weight still.

My fave is a toss up between the spicey lai fen soup or the tendon and brisket pho.

I also love the bun (dry rice dishes). The viet pate and sausage are cool.

And I live right next door to little korea here. I eat korean bbq about once a week... there is this spicey beef and veggie soup I REALLY love as well.

Food is my weakness. Like kryptonite man.
