personally i like it, however its loading kind of slow for me... maybe its a problem on my end though...

Design (header) is good, but too much small thumbs... my 2 cents

so bigger thumbs are better?

you have too many thumbs in each section... leave some space on both sides of the window... and instead have more groups of them, and throw some text links to thumbs in there to mix it up as well...

my productivity with my old plain white background design was like 112%, now it's dropped dramatically. do you think the surfers arent taking well to the new design or something?
