Getting Inc'ed in Nevada
 

does anyone recommend any lawyers in helping me getting inc'ed in nevada or even delaware for that matter. feel free to post or email for more privacy.

you don't need a lawyer,, get a good accountant,, or you might be able to do it yourself,,,
but my experience is only forming an LLC which was real simple,, which i thought was better advantage that going INC,,,(less paperwork and hassle)
