Oxcash Support?
 

Any oxcash people here? I've sent 3 support e-mails in the last few weeks, with no reply. Hate to post on the board, but dont know how else to get a response.

They get rid of their support department? Guess I am not the only one. I've used both e-mails on the contact page and like you, not a word.

The problem is you guys emailed them.

What you need to do is open your window and yell out your question to them. If that doesnt work, try smoke signals.

I wrote to them about a week ago and haven't gotten a response. Surfers have been joining, and checks have been coming, so I'm not especially concerned, but it is a bit weird.

My stats have not been working for some time. Got a check recently, but sure like to be able to check my stats. Guess I dont send enough traffic to warrent a reply.

the other day I called epassporte and got a guy on the phone which sounded like he was stoned. he told me things I already knew myself. writing to their customer support email with in depth explaination of my problems ended with getting a generic reply and you know how helpful those are when you are having a specific problem. shit like that just pisses me tha fuck off.

so what's this with oxcash?

I've tried everything to get a hold of these people. E-mails, ICQ, even phone numbers listed in whois (which dont work, surprize, surprize), and nothing.

Big time lack of support to me.

Just gives me a reason not to promote them. Email them Icq them and no response. Just another sponsor to put on the list not to promote. Lack of support. Been getting that alot lately. Then they wonder why webmasters are not promoting them... DUH!!

Well, I got a reply and my stats fixed. Sad it has to come down to posting on a message board to get a sponsors attention. And a short reply at that, sure I am on some ones shit list. Dont care actually, tired of crap like this. Sponsors not doing shit for you unless you bitch in public.

It's amazing how much money sponsors dump in to their sites, software, big parties, contest's, ect, ect. Yet so many cant do what matters most. They pay big bucks to advertise to get webmasters, but often little to keep them.

Often the little guy does'nt seem to get support. But that guy you might think is little, might have more than you know. Or that little guy might be huge some day, and you lost him.

When will their webmaster referal program be working?

All emails recieved are responded to... I have recieved only one complaint from a guy claiming we never emailed him back, he has sent 4 emails, and we have responded to each one, also from multiple accounts, time to check your email.. Anyone else with problems, email me, as pradaboy said,

I check my mail everyday, actually about every hour it is checked. I would'nt have to e-mail four times if i'd have gotten a reply to the previous ones. Your response got through to me today, why did'nt it the other times, the others you said you sent? Also, if you replied to the previous e-mails, you got my e-mails and you knew what the problem was, why was'nt it fixed before today?

Just strange everything got fixed and I got a reply, after I posted here today.

The problem effected less then a handful of webmasters, each had to be fixed on an individual basis by the people who made the software.. Each email I recieved from you, I replied to; explaining the situation.. I suggest you talk to your host about your email servers, I'am looking in my sent box with each email I responded to..

Regardless, the situation is solved, I dont see why we need to hash out this on a message board. Next time you have a problem and want a response within 2 minutes, call our phone #, we have fulltime webmaster support people that many of our affiliates take advantage of daily.

Where's the phone number? I must be missing it, because I could not find one any where on the site. Other wise I would have called.

I did'nt want to bring it to the board either, but how else was I going to get your attention? E-mail was'nt working, no phone number, ICQ staff was online but was'nt responding? But bringing it to the board, got it fixed. hhmmm..

Why is it that my bad e-mail servers got the e-mail you sent after the board posting, but not the 4 before that? You dont want me hassing it out on the baord, yet you could'nt fix my problem till I did.

I was'nt going to post to this, but i dont like stuff like this, where it's pushing off on the webmaster. You youself said you replied to all of my e-mails, but I did'nt get them. Yet, every e-mail you said you replied to, told you of my stats problem. Question is, then why was'nt my stats fixed till after starting this thread?

They have no support.....that is the main problem :2 cents:

Im suprised at how much they brag about retention and that members rebill for years upon end, but then say they only pay pps.

I've always got good support from Oxcash.

Oxcash.com = PPS, bangbrosonline.com = PPS or 50/50.

Also, not sure why that would be surprising anyway, if a sponsor has huge retentions, they're better off paying only PPS.

They usually reply to me right away :thumbsup

Btw, I said earlier I'd gotten no reply from OxCash support, but just checked and I actually mailed BangBrosOnline support, who didn't reply. (I think the programs are half-siblings or something). Sorry to have mis-stated that Jordan.
