Rice, Rice, its Everywhere!!!
help me.. LOL i need to make rice and it needs to be done withen the hour.. every time i make it it's always overcooked, undercooked, or burnt lol.. i cook everything and do well, but rice is my downfall.. anyone got any good tips or tricks? Pwease

Yes -
put three cups of water to onec up of rice and cook to consumption. (only add rice AFTER water has boiled not b4) Takes about 3 minutes - if you add a squeeze of lemon juice the rice won't clump together. I worked in Indian temples cookign for 300 people a meal - and that's the way we used to do it. |

Minute Rice is your friend. Equal parts water and rice. Any temperature water is fine. Toss it on the stove and stir once in a while. Once you dont have water standing at the bottom of the rice anyone, its done!!

3 cups water 2 cups rice boil water add rice cook for about 5 min , then turn off add butter and some lemon or lime place lid on and leave for 10 min. serve
