Well, I was privy to a discussion earlier today, and I am not going to name names, but if checks aren't rolling in within 48 hours MS can expect some problems . . . actually, things aren't looking too good right now as it stands.

So true, I just wanted to make sure they were the same company that I had in mind.

if merchsolutions got a chance to rebound they would just scam again once thier rep is "good" again. I don't know how many times it needs to be said but everybody should stay away from them. One thing that pisses me off big time is processors who scam because then you run into problems paying for content, bandwidth, program promotion, paying employees and probably most important to any adult webmaster, paying your affilliates.

I'm breaking legs if I run into those kind of problems.

Just happened to me about 2-3 months ago. Still in debt from it. Fucking sucks.

nah, there was a lot of behind the scenes stuff going on, and people would read it and immediately know what was being talked about, and people might not trust me to keep a secret . . . too many ramifications. If my client wants to talk about it, he will.

Anytime a company has to make an announcement that they are officially legit...it usually means they are not. That goes for ANY business. :)
