How big is your logfile? It looks like simple corruption to me....

It could also be someone trying to exploit you unsuccessfully :2 cents:

error_log is like 5 mb, apache is crashing like a mofo

Hrm well not corruption due to filesize, 5 megs is nothing.

Try posting some more of the log here, like the full line or a couple lines above/below...
