if you could travel back in time when you could be the first to reg domains...
i mean, back in 85'...
and you can only register 5 domain names, what would they be? |
sex.com bussiness.com taxes.com cellphones.com computers
|
The hun, sex.com ...gaymidgetfisting.com
|
And what would you do with them other than sit on them and wait for some high offer.
IF you could go back and get one of those domains and make it into a multi-million a year profitable site now, then you might as well buy that domain now. Most of you want it just so that you can redirect sex.com to your favorite TGP or sponsor then |
www. goatse.cx

Why thehun? Its not a good domain. It was branded and traffic driven to it, alone its worthless. |
ibm.com
coke.com twa.com porn.com whitehouse.com :) |
sex.com hi.com fuck.com no.com aids.com

The premise is, in 1985 - What domain would you register. Now, if you register thehun.com/net, obviously the "real hun" would brand under a new domain/moniker. Thus, making your hun domain worthless. Is this computing? |

Shh, let him daydream. |
lol i actully have 1 that i would reg
id go for porn.com sex.com girls.com computer.com and the 1 i got |
Microsoft.com
porn.com abc.com nbc.com sex.com |
Im pretty sure abc, nbc, and microsoft were trademarked by then right?
|
sex.com
wallstreet.com news.com have to think about the other 2 :) |
I would take 5 domains that have been sold for millions now, but were never previously developed.
First, if I took huge developed domains, then the face of the net might look very different today. Second, taking any huge branded domain is stupid because it would never become what it's known as today. |

Without analyzing sales prices I would go for:
sex.com porn.com www.com (www.www.com) wallstreet.com x.com (paypal owns this one) |
sex.com
porn.com xxx.com business.com finance.com |
i was going to pic xxx.com too as that was a big typin for me when I was new to the internet but I think the xxx term is a bit out of date, not sure. business.com seems popular, however, it's not something I ever typed in, its just a high sale domain
|
sex.com
asseenontv.com business.com wine.com drugs.com |
