well is a pic rating site set up on your server, for $5 or i can send you the zip file so you can set up yourself.... since you were first if you want it its only $5 for the script/site runs off templates for easy editing and page addition

yes i know its is, but im in need of work/money so im discounting all my products and services i have , thus making work for myself.
