Loads of hits but they just cant sign up.....

I hope they sort it out

well we use paycom and cascade to our own merchant account, youmight try us we pay 100% rev share that helps alot

Why not? Maybe they've been charging back on others using ccbill? Or maybe they are trying to use stolen cards? It's saving you CB fees so you should be happy. Hell! You didn't even say signup attempts been failing are they? Or are you just assuming they are scrubbing hard just cause you are not getting signups?

My join page hits to sign ratio is 7:1 today

It runs at 2:1 on average

i'm doing ok so far today. Usually I either get a lot of sales during the evening or they just show up then.

We're seeing a bit more than normal on join form fill outs vs. successful joins. I'm gonna flip flop the top biller in a bit and see if it makes a difference. It's a good idea to flip flop them at certain times to keep the ratios higher.

So more people are are backing out of signup form that's all it tells.. your bad luck.. unless you are getting bunch of denied transaction messages you can't say ccbill is scrubbing hard :upsidedow

Denials are high today..... means they are scrubbing...

Are sites allowed to cascade to your their merchant account?

12% decline today pretty normal.. actually slightly better than last few days.. so maybe we can blame it on too much snow instead :Oh crap
