So I replied, what exactly does not work for you sir. and some other questions.

Then he replied, IT DOES NOT WORK. I replied one more time that if he could tell me more specific what does not work for him, I could help him.

Then he replied.

YOU ARE ASSHOLE, YOU DONT HELP ME. SCAM

Yeah those are funny too. And mailing you with LOST PASSWORD HELP :D No further info, and also the emailaddress which they were using to ask for the password is not in your DB. Oh well
