It was tough to get a word in. Flav would get jealous if he didn't have the mic. My agent kept telling me he wanted to run the whole show.

Wanna be an MC? The true test is to get the mic out of Flav's hands.

Fun night. I wish we had all of the Woody winners waiting at the stage, but in that crowd, it's hard to get anywhere quickly. Mostly because people stop you every 2 feet to say what's up.

When I watch this video, the moment I remember most clearly is when I was thanking PussyCash who was standing in the front row, they wanted to hear a good plug for them sponsoring the Woody's. So I smiled and leaned to Flav and said, "hey, make sure you give a huge thanks to PussyCash for sponsoring these awards." Flav was so happy to get the mic back again, he gave a nicely hyped thank you to our sponsor. I could have never said it quite as good as my man Flav did. I was thinking to myself, yep, Flav's good.

I haven't heard anyone compliment my DJ's skills during the Woody's. The main reason DJ Evan is always the DJ for the night, he knows how to interact with our talents, MC's and Woody Award winners and plays the dopest cuts ranging from old school hip hop to new school mixed with dancehall reggae and some nice blending.

The part that killed me was when Debbie The Glass Lady got her award and my genuis DJ decides to play, "I' love big butts..." Normally, my DJ's would be instantly terminated for trying to bring back Sir Mix Alot, but considering Debbie does have a big butt, we'll let that one slide.

And PussyCash, "I love you son!" Spoken like Flav and I mean it.

Flav gave juicy a nice clip too - he calls out juicy clearly on the mic - good shit- don't call it a crossover

when the dj goes unnoticed it is a sign of no train-wrecks. And let me tell you those sound guys and those PROP turntables were a challenge for me. I am the only DJ who has not hit buttons on an mp3 player in the last several players balls. these dj's for all the artists are ACTORS who PUSH BUTTONS. i feel sorry for them.. it's worse than lipsyncing imho

Cypress Hills manager just called, they had the greatest time at the Players Ball. They all got there early too, like at 11:00 pm. B Real is excited to watch the video footage I have. They know it was a special performance, I'm looking forward to our screening in the next week or so. We're all neighbors in the Valley.
