A few years back, a friend of a friend drew this pic:

unfortunately, I've fallen out of contact with both of them as time went on.... I need someone who can draw a figure similar to her ... from multiple perspectives (she need not wear the grass skirt ... or be hawaiian ... but she should be just as cute).

If you want her without legs, then the cartoonist is going to have to invent legs. The grass skirt covers up almost all leg shape. You'd have to tell him if you want them curvy, twiggy, etc.

I highly recommend you get in touch with Arty. His wife is the cartoonist and we had extremely specific requirements for a mainstream cartoon that could change clothes, positions, activities etc. in the future and she did an amazing job..great price too.
