Added Banner Exchange: Needs Testing

Hi there Guys,

Just added a Banner exchange to my site. I need it testing though and was hoping you guys can help.

plus banner exchanges have been pretty well dead for a long ass time now

and there is nothing wrong with my firefox or ie and neither can pull up your site it's 404
