Sorry I don't know alot about Flash these days but can someone tell me is this possible?

Can I get a gallery template done in flash where I could just take this template and drop in images and thumbnails on my own or possibly even edit text as well?

Simple answer: Yes.

Hopefully someone can give me a price range as well or point to samples of flash stuff they've done.

If I had the time I'd help you out, but what you need to do it load a text file for the text and load those as dynamic textfields through out the flash file.

The pictures should be loaded as dynamic images as well. Easy does it ;)

Yep that's what I was thinking. I just needed a template with a couple large text spots and a gallery so that I can use it for many different people.

you can make html page with flash thumbs - easy to add text and other stuff
