Let me know any changes or things you think would look better. One thing I did fix so far is the dots in the urls they are a little close to the letters.

VideoJ 01-23-2005 01:05 AM

put part of a computer screen in the background with an error box showing.

Your target market is people without computers? Funny, the card implies the people already own computers, and everyone that has their first computer, and knows email, knows what AOL is, and probably hasn't deleted the shortcut on his desktop to install it.

point beeing we are going for office things more, and old ladies that cant figure out why thier cpus are running slow, not kids or adult webmasters that use aim and aol :). been doing this for a while now and just going public with it, but we've never EVER had a client ask for our aol handles. They aint as l33t as we are i guess

It will sure catch someones attention. Unique is always better.

Front looks nice.
But IMO you might want to be alittle more on the classical side for the rear, with a hint of the sticky look.

For credibility more contact details would be good - address etc

Yes. Stick that post-it to a monitor with an error box under it.

i didn't mean the background color was bad.

this is what i meant, less of that black background surrounding the post it note. this needs a bit of work, didn't take much time on it, curl could be better.

If they are going to your website, or are using their email, there is a pretty good chance they use AOL.

I have gone into a lot of homes over the years, and helped a lot of old ladies. They all had AOL. Just because they don't ask for it doesn't mean they don't know what it is. :2 cents:

riddler 01-23-2005 06:09 AM

good concept, make it all look like a post-it note so when its printed it looks like that with out the black bg, that way its a unique shaped card ;)

DeadFidel 01-23-2005 07:09 AM

Like the idea a lot...makes you want to read the text. :thumbsup

Do you play D&D?
Do you like Star Trek?
Do you live in your parents basement?
Are you a virgin?

Answer at least 3 with a yes and you're certified.

Relish XXX 01-23-2005 10:23 AM

I think they are excellent.
