Tried to check stats and got

Oh yeah, this has happened quite frequently lately.

It has been like this for at least 6 hours now.

I just found out about it and restarted MySQL. It?s working fine now. MySQL crashed again, last time this happened was 2 weeks ago. Yes, that one time to many http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/frown.gif

Our tech is setting up a cron job to check MySQL connection every 10 minutes and will restart MySQL if it's down. This should eliminate the down time for now while we're trying to find down why MySQL crashed every 2 weeks.

Uhm.. this happens almost every day around 7am EST. I have ran into it tons of times.

Thank you. We'll look into that as well. That's the exact time the system downloads sales from iBill and processes it.
