Hey... i just thought about it, spamming is wrong, but if spamming is wrong, why phone marketing, door to door marketing mail (real mail) marketing and etc... are ok ?

it's 100% the same !

it's not completely the same...
if someone calls you or sends you real mail, it costs you nothing, it's just annoying. if someone spams you via email, you pay for the internet connection, bandwidth etc.

well, i don't think that 2k e-mail or whatever cost that much.. for the one who get it...

also, when some phone markting dude call you... i think that the ring of the phone cost like 0.0000000000000000000000000000000 cent.. so it's the same like the 2k e-mail i guess.. heh.

What about a spam over phone ?
A hosting company called me offering their services this week, got my phone number from a domain I registered some days ago.
It sucks big time.

if spam was legal how would you feel about getting 2k spam emails a day?
it will cost you on bandwidth,,slow down your work because of sorting spam emails,,,
might loose important emails because the internet is bogged down with junk email...

Fill your domain info with bogus numbers... problem solved.

Here's how this shit works in my house:

1. Door to door people get the door slammed in their faces here.

2. Telemarketers get the phone hung up on them the first time, get the phone put to the side the second time, and are looking for their supervisor the third time.

3. Spam gets deleted the first time. Filtered out the second time. Reported to their ISP and host the third time.

I would say you're pretty close when you say they're all the same... because they are.. they all piss me off to no end. But I don't just get pissed off and stew in the corner about it... I get even.
