yes i would whenever you may need them they will be there via live support,email or phone...24/7 i called on a sat at 7pm and they pick up within 2 rings

If you have simple sites it might be a good option considering the price but when you have sites running databases and stuff and you need support, you're fucked. The support is always there, true, but those aren't techs and most of the time it is days before they fixed a server side related question.

I have virtuals at both www.webair.com and www.foundrynap.com , they both kick some major ass. Haven't had anything worth complaining about in over a year at both
