I just got a iPAQ rx3115 Mobile Media Companion very cool divice ..but i guess you can say it's warm .. :winkwink: .... it didn't come with any of the software ... if anyone has the software that comes with it or any other programs for it and can hook me up i'll make it worth your time .... just hit me up.

I want to get the GPS plugin and the dvd ripper. you can fit 4 full dvd movies on a gig card ....

btw... use fairusewizard.com not that crappy software you have above...

Generally about 400megs for a real nice movie.

i've got the exact same model, it's great, wifi works better than i expected with a 802.11g router, battery life is excellent, the screen is bright...

As for the software get microsoft activesync (free at microsoft.com) and you're good to go, other than that the cds come with ms outlook and a gay client/server thing to control movies or presentetions on your desktop, the rest of the software is in ROM and you can restore the thing to its original state by doing a hard reset (insert the stylus on the reset hole and press the first and last face buttons for a couple seconds) :thumbsup

the software that controls the music and movies ...i was under the impression that you can stream it to the PDA ... so if i have an Mpeg on the pc i can watch it on the PDA within my network .... is that not true ...is it just a remote to turn them on and play then on your pc....
