Home owners quick question
 

We have a safety inspector coming on Monday to renew the insurance and just wondering what kind of stuff they will be picky on?? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Probably check the wiring and the plumbing and the foundation..check for rotting wood and the attic ...shit like that

They looked all around my fireplace and chimney and asked me a few questions about it, which I thought was kinda strange since I have gas logs and have never one time built a wood fire in it since we built the house. Plus, I live in a warm climate so the logs have only been on maybe 4 or 5 times, and that was for Christmas decoration only.

they will probably check your wiring and shit like that, your basement and walk around the house (they will also check your roof)

they gave me a thing saying i had to fix the gutters and put up a hand rail on the front porch steps.
