If you are very sick and running a temperature and weak, it's NOT a good idea to party in Tijuana, the alcohol will dehydrate you, give you a fever, and prolong your illness. Sorry to preach, nursing student here, severe dehydration isn't something easy to recover from, especially if alcohol induced. Listen to your body....good luck with your decision!
